High school students enrolled in the Texas ProStart program compete in either the culinary or restaurant management category at this annual competition each spring.

After a fantastic competition in 2014 we can't wait to see what happens in 2015! Dates, rules, and other forms and information for the 2015 Texas ProStart Invitational will be posted by the end of September.

Competition Format

Day 1  |  1–5pm
Culinary teams begin competition with Product Check-in. Product will stay at the competition site in a secured, climate-controlled area. Management teams check in display boards and other materials.

Day 2  |  All Day
Culinary competition begins. Management teams begin verbal presentations.
