Texas ProStart Invitational
There are two regional competitions and first through sixth place winning teams in each category, from each regional then compete at the state finals. The two winning teams, one culinary and one management, represent Texas at the National ProStart Invitational.

Day 1 | 1–5pm
Culinary teams begin competition with Product Check-in. Product will stay at the competition site in a secured, climate-controlled area. Management teams check in display boards and other materials.
Day 2 | All Day
Culinary competition begins. Management teams begin verbal presentations.
Anyone can be part of the Texas ProStart Invitational action and witness these terrific students perform their best. We need culinary judges, sanitation judges, restaurant management judges, timers, check-in, scribes, bussers, chicken distribution and more!
