DOWNLOAD all of the resources teams already registered to compete in this year's competition need to prepare for the event.
Day 1 | 1–5pm
Culinary teams begin competition with Product Check-in. Product will stay at the competition site in a secured, climate-controlled area. Management teams check in display boards and other materials.
Day 2 | All Day
Culinary competition begins. Management teams begin verbal presentations.
