Information & Timelines

All competition spots for 2015 have been filled. However, we occasionally have schools drop out so if you would like to be placed on a waiting list please email This email address is being protected from spambots. Competition Format

Day 1  |  1–5pm
Culinary teams begin competition with Product Check-in. Product will stay at the competition site in a secured, climate-controlled area. Management teams check in display boards and other materials.

Day 2  |  All Day
Culinary competition begins. Management teams begin verbal presentations.
