The following organizations have approved the Education Idea Center sessions at the Southwest Foodservice Expo for Continuing Education Units (CEUs). Interested attendees should pick up a form at Expo Registration which they can submit to their certifying organizations for continuing education credit.

 

The Texas Dietetic Association
The Commission on Dietetic Registration, the credential agency for The American Dietetic Association has approved 12 CEUs for the educational sessions and 3 CEUs for the show floor. Registered Dieticians (RDs) and Dietetic Technicians, Registered (DTR) can earn a total of 15 CEUs. 

American Culinary Federation
The certification body of the ACF has approved 12 hours of education sessions. Each education session is approved for 1 hour of CEU for each sessions attended.

Dietary Managers Association
The Certifying Board of Dietary Managers has approved 12 hours of education sessions. The CBDM has approved 8 hours of CEUs for each session attended and 4 CEUs for attending the tradeshow.

National Association of Catering Executives
The certification body of the National Association of Catering Executives has approved 12 hours of CEUs.   Each education session is approved for 1 hour of CEU for each session attended.

Texas Association of School Nutrition
The certification body of the Texas Association of School Nutrition has approved 12 hours of CEUs. Each education session is approved for 1 hour of CEU for each session attended.
