The E-101 program is a high school program that utilizes a school-based restaurant to teach the students entrepreneurial skills and how to own and run a business. As part of the E-101 program, students will undertake responsibility as the owners and operators of this business with the assistance of experienced business professionals and educators.  Del Valle has been branded with Carmelo's Italian Restaurant.
