The Ultimate Barista Challenge® Americas

The Ultimate Barista Challenge® Americas, sponsored by Whole Cup Consulting, is a competitive coffee and espresso event designed to showcase talented barista, creative espresso beverages and delicious brewed coffee. Baristi take their turns in qualifying rounds of Latte Art, Espresso Cocktail, Espresso Frappe and the Best of Brew Challenges to attain a position as a challenger. They then compete against one of two US Ultimate Baristi in a one-on-one face off, ala Iron Chef, for the title "Ultimate Barista." The competition is open to all professionals and students
Entry Fee : $30 for all categories (members and non-members)
Competitors are required to submit dish/ menu description, recipes and pictures of the signature dish by June 3 rd 2008.

The “Best of the Southwest Pizza Competition” makes its debut this year! Inspired by the U. S. Pizza Team, and sanctioned by PMQ Magazine, this competition is sure to be an exciting addition to the show floor. The competition is limited to eight registrants. What’s at stake?
