GENERAL INFORMATION
Show Management has negotiated discounted Expo rates at three Houston hotels.  These hotels are conveniently located within walking distance of the George R. Brown Convention Center.

The Southwest Foodservice Expo does not outsource to a housing agency.  Any claims by a housing agency or travel planner that they are the "offical or third party SW Foodservice Expo housing agency" are False.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Reservations must be made through Expo Housing by May 23, 2008 to qualify for the Expo rates; however, the room block may sell out so we urge you to make your reservations early.

Reservations can be made On-line or to book your room via phone or fax, call the Expo Housing at 800-395-2872 ext 197 or 512-457-4100 ext 197.

DEPOSITS
A one night room and tax deposit is required at the time of reservation.  17% applicable tax is not included in daily room rate.  Additional charges for roll-aways and crib request may apply subject to individual hotel.

ROOM ASSIGNMENTS
Hotels will assign specific room types upon check-in, based on availability. Please note that not all room types requests can be guaranteed. 

CONFIRMATIONS
Expo Housing will send you an email immediately upon completion of your reservation; hotel confirmation to follow at later date. 

CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOWS
Cancellations must be made in writing and sent directly to Expo Housing  up to three business days (72 hour) prior to arrival.  Reservations not cancelled prior to 72 hours will be charged one night's stay.  Cancellations and refunds are subject to individual hotels and vary depending on hotel.  Please check your cancellation policy carefully.
