The Expo Housing Bureau is the only official housing bureau for the Southwest Foodservice Expo and Texas Restaurant Association. Please note that any offers by other companies or travel agencies are not endorsed by TRA. Thank you for booking your hotel accommodations through the official housing bureau.

DEPOSITS
- A one night room and tax deposit is required at the time of reservation.
- 17% applicable tax is not included in daily room rate.
- Major credit card to guarantee your room.
CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOWS
- Must cancel 72 hours prior to arrival.
- All cancellations must be in writing and sent to expohousing@tramail.org.
- No shows will be charged one room night with tax.
ROOM ASSIGNMENTS & CONFIRMATIONS
- Hotels will assign specific room types upon check-in, based on availability.
- Expo Housing Bureau will send confirmation within 24 hours.
