If you have a particular restaurant, chain or company you want to meet with at the Expo, Show Management can arrange advance appointments for you.

This area will have a new layout this year - making it more of a lounge environment where the best beverages in Texas will be showcased. Because Expo is the only trade show in Texas where attendees (all members of the trade) who are over 21 years of age are allowed to enjoy alcohol samples on the show floor, Café 21 is a unique opportunity to view these products.
- The Southwest Foodservice Expo is one of the largest foodservice tradeshows in the nation, attracting foodservice professionals from across the United States. It’s a great place to network, see new products, and learn about new services.
- Whether you’re a CEO, Chef, Beverage or Restaurant Manager, Expo has something for you. Hundreds of exhibiting companies, under one roof, are ready to help you with your needs. For a current list of Exhibitors click here: Exhibitor List
- A four-color Expo Program and Directory presents all the information about the show including schedule of events, exhibitor listing and product descriptions. The Program is a great reference tool for finding vendors throughout the year.
- Culinary Showcase – It’s not a food show without some celebrity chefs. This area of the show floor will feature celebrity chef demos and cut-throat competitions. Always a great draw for restaurant owners and chefs looking for culinary inspiration.
- The Price is Right! All TRA members receive FREE registration to Expo. So, if you’re not a member, sign up today. Non-members pay $15.00 for advance registration and $30.00 if you register at the door. Register Now!
