There is little doubt that a qualified workforce is essential for a business’s ability to compete and ultimately to succeed. It is in our best interest to prepare today’s students for the challenges of tomorrow’s careers. We must also provide training opportunities for our current workforce.

The Texas Restaurant Association Education Foundation (TRAEF) works to identify workforce challenges and provide solutions to benefit the industry and the community as a whole. Established in 1994, the TRAEF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that focuses on providing resources to help restaurateurs confront educational and labor challenges with the latest innovations in education, technology, and training.
