• FS Prep/ProStart Student Competitions

  

  The FS Prep/ProStart competition information is ready for you to download! In an effort to get a general number of how many teams to expect for competitions, please submit your Letter of Intent if you plan on competing. There are two competitions; a restaurant management competition and a culinary competition.

• 2010 Boot Camp Dates Added

  

  Boot Camp is an intensive, two-day training program for employees who have shown management potential, but who have not been exposed to the fundamentals of managing a restaurant. Although intended for such entry-level managers, Boot Camp has proven highly beneficial for managers who have either limited experience or who simply would enjoy a motivational refresher course.
